Advanced Basketball (Winter–Spring)

Young b-ballers take their game to the next level.


What will I learn in this class?
This structured program is designed to develop young players’ basketball skills and game strategy through complex drills and physical conditioning.

Aimed at teenagers who want to advance their on-court ability, these new sessions of intense training will help players elevate their complete their game by improving different skillsets.

Since students will be required to compete at a high level, they will need to meet a set of criteria to enroll.

What are the benefits of this class?
This new program offers serious players an opportunity to enhance every aspect of their game. A competitive environment of intense training, challenging drills and games will build players’ ball and teamwork skills, fitness and self-belief.

Who will teach this class?
Spencer Jennings is a professional 3-on-3 player with the HIU Zerockets in the local 3x3 Exe Premier league. A Club Member, he played guard with North Carolina’s Wake Forest, an NCAA Division I college in the United States. He has taught a number of skills camps at the Club over the years.
