What are the benefits of this class?
Through krav maga’s core principles of self-reliance, physical coordination and self-awareness, students gain confidence in all areas of daily life. This class emphasizes an individual approach, so each student focuses on their own training and development.

Who will teach this class?
Boaz Hagay (pictured) is a certified instructor in krav maga, aikido, shiatsu and general sports and fitness. From 1977, he studied under krav maga’s creator, Imi Lichtenfeld. From one-on-one to group lessons in English, Japanese or Hebrew, he focuses on personal development and achievement.
