RPM

Discover the fitness-boosting potential of Les Mills indoor cycling.

What will I learn in this class?
RPM (the acronym for “revolutions per minute”) is a fun, low-impact workout where you control the intensity. Set to an energizing soundtrack, each session takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. This Les Mills program is designed to push your heart rate and cardio performance in a series of “peaks” and cooldowns. But you still get to control the challenge by adjusting the bike’s resistance.

What are the benefits of this class?
RPM develops riders’ aerobic fitness over sessions that can burn up to 500 calories at a time. Riding as part of a group can also provide additional encouragement and a sense of achievement after an intense, shared workout.

Who will teach this class?
Maki Tamura is a Les Mills-qualified instructor of Bodypump, Bodycombat, RPM and Grit programs. She is also a Les Mills Japan national trainer of indoor cycling programs.

“Let’s enjoy a cycle workout together with great music!” she says.
